The most effective way to loose 20 Lbs :please join me in Mondays Club.
Club, where we can share our opinions about the most effective diets.
Diet which I implemented myself and achieved results :lost 20 Lbs (equal to 4 bags of potatos as my friend Sophie said)

You can join the Mondays Club next Monday .
Any accessories ? No,only commitment to follow
the rules (Please check first with your doctor ! if you can participate in such diet)
Mondays :liquids only !!! No food, yogurts etc.Just plenty of water,
your favored tea or coffee with no sugar added.
Of course all your vitamins and minerals are the must . A little controversial ?
But yes,it works...You will see the results.
